Papa Nachos opens new location near Fair Oaks Ranch

Papa Nachos Cantina celebrated the soft opening of the new location on Nov. 17.

What’s happening? For over 20 years, Papa Nachos has served food off Boerne Stage Road, opening a new location featuring a larger space, a bar, a private room for events and a patio area.

The new location is slightly north of Ralph Fair Road on I-10, near Two Creeks. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner with reworked menus offering a selection of Mexican dishes. Catering services are also available.

The Roxbury now serving cocktails, brunch and more in North San Antonio

A new sports bar and grill has opened its doors in Stone Oak.

At a glance: The Roxbury held an official soft opening on Oct. 15 at 19141 Stone Oak Parkway, Ste. 206, according to a Facebook post from the business.

Featuring large TV screens, games, themed activities, live music and more, the new sports bar is the brainchild of Owner Erik Duron.

He also operates a speakeasy called The Hush Room, also situated in Stone Oak, according to his Facebook page.

On the menu: The Roxbury serves up meals from brunch to late-night snacks.

According to the menu, there’s chicken and waffles for brunch, specialty sandwiches and burgers for lunch and Bubba’s chicken tenders for dinner.

For drinks, the sports bar mixes up traditional cocktails and has a selection of draft beers, wines and more.
