Bluegrass Legacy Group, a financial advising business, will expand its footprint in Old Town Keller.
The overview: Keller City Council approved a specific use permit during the July 7 meeting to allow the financial planning service business to add 1,059 square feet of space at 118 W. Olive St.
In addition, council passed a Chapter 380 economic development agreement with the company. Managing Partner Kyle Gabhart requested a facade improvement grant for the expansion and will receive a $10,000 grant.
The details According to the presentation, the addition will feature three offices, a restroom, a covered porch and storage area that will be attached to the existing 900-square-foot building.
The total project cost for work on the front of the building is $173,000. The grant will cover $10,000 of the $38,900 planned for exterior work, according to documents presented by contractor Kingdom Construction.
