Bee Cave City Council approved a pre-design package for the northeast parcel of the Village at Spanish Oaks development, consisting of a multifamily residential building at a June 23 meeting.
The background: The Village at Spanish Oaks is a nearly 81-acre planned development district located on the south side of Hwy. 71, near the intersection of RR 620 and Hwy. 71. The development is planned to provide several uses including residential, retail, office, hotel and senior living.
The details: An architectural pre-design package was submitted to the city for Parcel E, the northeast parcel at the Village at Spanish Oaks, which includes a five-story multifamily residential building, according to design plans.
Renderings of the development show that the residential complex is planned to have a dog park, fitness center, plunge pool, swim-up bar and other outdoor amenities.
The plan for Parcel E also includes a parking structure that would be partially visible from Hwy. 71 if the land next to it remains undeveloped.
