The details: The Allen Americans are the ECHL affiliate team for the National Hockey League’s Ottawa Senators and the American Hockey League’s Belleville Senators, per a news release from the team.

The Allen Americans are scheduled to play 36 home games and 36 away games during the 2026-27 regular season. A majority of the team’s home games will be held at the team’s home arena, the Credit Union of Texas Event Center at 200 E. Stacy Road, Ste. 1350, Allen.

Craig International has sold District 121’s retail component that includes multiple restaurants and businesses among its tenants.

In a nutshell: The sale was announced in October and the transaction was closed Sept. 22, according to a news release. The buyer and purchase price were not disclosed. The property was 100% leased at the time of the sale.

The specifics: District 121, which opened in 2023, includes Mi Cocina, Bob’s Steak and Chop House, Pie Tap, Broken Yolk and the Common Table among its tenants. The development's retail component is made up of two buildings totaling 36,723 square feet, according to the news release.
