The Pflugerville housing market saw a year-over-year increase in home sales in March while Hutto home sales dropped slightly, according to data by Unlock MLS.
The overview: Pflugerville’s growth in home sales coincided with a drop in median closing costs, according to the data. Home sales rose by nearly 14% in March, compared to March 2025, while the median price dropped from $404,848 to $380,000.
Conversely, Hutto’s home sales dropped from 93 in March 2025 to 87 this March. The median price in Hutto saw little change, rising from $358,000 to $361,990 year-over-year.
The pace of home sales in Hutto also slowed, with the average number of days homes spent on the market reaching 85 days in March, compared to 63 days last year.
