More homes and 2nd amenity center on tap for Veramendi development in New Braunfels

Veramendi developers are planning to break ground on a second amenity center called The Outlook at the end of the second quarter or at the beginning of the third quarter this year.

In a nutshell: The amenity center will have a:

  • 3,000-square-foot clubhouse
  • 5,500-square-foot pool
  • 2,100-square-foot pavilion
  • 700-square-foot bathhouse
  • 1,300-square-foot basement

The Outlook, which is adjacent to Veramendi’s future Word Park, will be equipped with different pool tiers, pickleball courts and more.

Co-CEO at ASA Properties Garrett Mechler said there are a lot of elevation changes throughout, which is what makes the project interesting. Residents will be able to enter on the ground floor, but there will be a second-story level overlooking Word Park.
