Pilates Addiction coming soon to Vintage Park area

Pilates Addiction, an exercise studio specializing in Pilates-style workouts, is projected to open in the Vintage Park neighborhood in early fall, franchise co-owner Lacey Williams confirmed.

In a nutshell: The new Pilates studio will be located in a shopping plaza near the intersection of Louetta and Cullen roads. Williams said she and her husband Russell, who co-owns the studio with her, are excited to bring Pilates Addiction to the Vintage Park community.

Williams said she was attracted to the Pilates Addiction brand because of its attention to detail, with intentional music and lighting for every class and exercises designed around the company's patented Aurum Reformer machine.

What they offer: Pilates Addiction offers group fitness classes using the Aurum Reformer, a machine combining the traditional Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ballet Bar and Jump Board, according to the studio's website.

Quote of note: "From the jumpboard to the ballet bar, every detail is designed to level up how you move, feel and perform," she said in an email to Community Impact.
