100 homes sold, other local real estate data in Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake

In November 2025, there were 100 homes sold across Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake, according to data from the MetroTex Association of Realtors. Home sales declined by 12.28% year over year to 100 from 114 in November 2024.

Diving deeper: In some parts of the market, such as the 76051 and 76262 ZIP codes, there were also increases in the average number of days a home spent on the market.

Modern Grace & Co. to offer European-inspired home décor in Colleyville

Modern Grace & Co. will offer a curated mix of furniture, handwoven rugs and accessories in its new Colleyville shop, which will open early next year, co-owner Erin Letz said.

The overview: The shop’s owners, Letz and Jennifer Kinney, will collaborate with the customer to help find the right pieces for their homes, Letz said.

“I bring the overall design aesthetic and creative vision to Modern Grace & Co., while Jennifer brings a natural warmth and an incredible eye for the thoughtful details that make a house feel like a home,” she said.

The shop will include designer lighting, tabletop accessories, art, bed linens, bath towels, florals, candles and special treasures the co-owners bring home from their travels, Letz said.

More details: Letz launched her interior design business, Modern Grace, in 2015, which served the Mid-Cities and greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Madras Mojo will serve authentic Indian cuisine, including curry, chicken, vegetarian options and desserts, owners Shyamli Pavuluri and Prasanth Pavuluri said.

The details: The Pavuluris, who are a husband-wife team, said the restaurant will offer flavored rice, parotta bread, naan bread, sweet dishes and refreshing drinks.

Madras Mojo provides an express-style dine-in experience, takeout options, online and call orders, and catering for corporate and private events, the Pavuluris said.

“The brand celebrates the vibrant traditions of South Indian cuisine while reimagining them through its quick-serve concept designed for today’s fast-paced lifestyle that blends heritage with efficiency,” the couple said.

American Airlines announces new routes to Nebraska, Virginia from DFW Airport in 2026

American Airlines will launch two new routes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport next summer.

According to a Dec. 18 news release, the Fort Worth-based airline will add two flights June 4.

What's happening? One will go to Lincoln, Nebraska, twice daily. Lincoln, home of the University of Nebraska, marks the 240th destination within the United States for American Airlines, according to the release.

The other flight will be to Roanoke, Virginia, which will happen once daily.

Here’s what Texans should know about the 2026 elections

2026 is a big election year in Texas. Voters will see 18 statewide races, all congressional seats, most state legislative seats and a variety of local positions on the ballot.

The overview: The Republican and Democratic primary elections will be held March 3, and the midterm election is set for Nov. 3.

Texas holds primaries for all partisan elected positions, such as state officials; state and federal lawmakers; and county judges, commissioners and justices of the peace. Third-party candidates, including independents, Libertarian Party candidates and Green Party candidates, have separate election processes will not be listed on the primary ballots in March. Eligible candidates representing various parties will appear on the November ballot.

Looking back: All statewide offices on the ballot are currently held by Republicans, although some are not running for reelection. No Democrat or third-party candidate has won a statewide office in Texas since 1994, election records show.
