Plano ISD will remain closed for Wednesday, Jan. 28, according to an update from the district.

What you need to know: All PISD schools and facilities will be closed due to “freezing temperatures and ongoing snow and ice accumulation,” the update states. Any district and campus activities scheduled for Jan. 28 will be canceled.

Zooming out: PISD schools have been closed since Jan. 26. Classes are expected to resume on Thursday, Jan. 29, according to the update.
