Richardson ISD will be closed Monday, Jan. 26 due to winter weather.

What you need to know: All campuses and offices will be closed due to “current and forecasted weather conditions,” a district update states. The closure includes all games, activities, events, and programs.

Further weather-related updates will be posted on the district’s website and social media accounts. RISD parents are also asked to be on the lookout for email and text message updates.
 

Plano ISD will be closed on Monday, Jan., 26, according to the district’s website.

What you need to know: All district campuses and facilities will be closed due to “extreme cold temperatures and anticipated hazardous conditions of roads, parking lots and walkways,” a PISD update states. All campus and district activities are also canceled through Jan. 26 as well.

According to PISD’s website, district officials will evaluate facility and travel conditions over the next two days before making a decision on closing schools for Tuesday, Jan. 27.
