Tomball ISD approves new high school attendance boundaries

At its regular meeting Dec. 10, Tomball ISD trustees approved new high school boundaries for the 2026-2027 school year. The new boundaries are set to coincide with the district's newest high school, Tomball West, opening next August.

The context: This will be the third and final part of TISD’s district rezoning process. The district's efforts for boundary redesign began in October 2023. The high school attendance zones will only affect ninth and 10th grades, and not 11th and 12th grades, as previously reported.

What else: According to district estimations, TWHS will have a student enrollment of 843 in its first year.

Bath and Body Works now open in Tomball Crossing

Bath and Body Works officials said the fragrance company is now offering services at the new Tomball Crossing location.

The details: Per the company website, Bath and Body Works has 1,934 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The global leader in personal care and home fragrance items offers fragrance mist, body lotion, body cream, 3-wick candles and home fragrance diffusers.

Tomball German Christmas Market, Breakfast with Santa: 10 events to attend this weekend in Tomball, Magnolia, Dec. 12-14

Tomball German Christmas Market
The annual Tomball German Christmas Market will feature over 150 vendors, contests and entertainment.

Houston Bronze Ensemble Performance

FOODIE FRIDAY
Check out these new restaurants and bars opening across the Houston area.

Co-founded by rapper and entrepreneur Bun B, Trill Burgers opened Dec. 10 in Missouri City.

The restaurant serves classic smashed burgers, including the signature OG Burger, the Triple Vegan OG Burger and Lil G, according to a news release.
