Elsewhere Too has officially opened its new hybrid location on San Antonio’s North Side.
Owned by Terrin Fuhrmann, the new bar and event venue is the business's second in the Alamo City, with The Elsewhere Garden & Bar being an anchor near the River Walk. The new mixed outdoor venue has outdoor seating, “Instagrammable” decor and a 53-foot-tall Ferris wheel, Fuhrmann said.
Elsewhere is known for its cocktails, craft beer and bar food such as burgers, sandwiches and Philly cheesesteak fries, according to their website. - Opened Oct. 4

While Tex-Mex and breakfast tacos are abundant throughout San Antonio, Jose Castellanos, owner of Pollo Picosito in Live Oak, said he wanted to put his own twist on the tried-and-true cuisine.
Hailing from Guadalajara, Mexico, Castellanos said he has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for 45 years, managing and owning a variety of eateries for decades. Castellanos said the main priorities of his restaurant are simple—breakfast tacos in the morning, then puffy tacos and enchiladas for lunch.
