Residential developer The Muskin Company has begun selling the second phase of its Sorin Row Homes project in the Mueller neighborhood, as the master-planned community moves closer to its final build-out.
The details: The luxury row homes at 3000 Sorin St. feature a mix of three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,750 to 2,164 square feet. The residences offer flexible floor plans, and half include accessory dwelling units, or ADUs.
The row homes are being designed by architect Clayton Korte, while studio Slic Design is handling interiors. Home features include skylights, metal roofing, oak wood flooring, polished concrete handcrafted tile, custom cabinetry, and Bosch appliances and quartz countertops with waterfall features. Residences also have front porches and back patios equipped with gas hookups.
The new row homes are priced between $899,000-$1.1 million, and the project is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2026.
