Timeless Health & Wellness provides personalized care in Cypress

Nataly Adan, a family nurse practitioner, said that after 20 years in the medical field, she opened her own practice, Timeless Health & Wellness, on May 15, 2025, to provide the personalized care her patients needed.

What they offer: Adan, a Cypress resident since 2009, said at Timeless Health & Wellness, she wanted to create a space for patients with a focus on long-term health. From wellness to aesthetics, Adan offers services such as hormone therapy, medical weight loss, Botox and anti-aging injection services.

Quote of note: “What really sets us apart here at Timeless Health is the time and attention we give each patient,” Adan said. “We take a comprehensive approach, looking at symptoms, running labs, creating a personalized plan, including lifestyle changes, not just prescriptions.”

What's next: This summer, Adan said she is expanding her services to include laser hair removal.
