What Comal County residents should know before going to the polls on Election Day

The last day to vote in this year's midterm election is Nov. 3. Here's what you need to know if you live in Comal County.

Polling locations will be open between 7 a.m.-7 p.m. The Comal County Elections Office on Seguin Street is not a polling location on Election Day.

On the ballot: Some residents in Comal and Hays counties will have State Representative District 73 on their ballot. Democratic candidate Merrie Fox and Republican incumbent Carrie Isaac are vying for the seat. Fox and Isaac both ran unopposed in the primaries.

Comal County voters may also see the State Representative District 44 seat on their ballot. District 44 encompasses Seguin, the east side of New Braunfels and surrounding areas in Guadalupe and Gonzales counties.
