Locally-owned boba tea shop Ying Cha officially opened its doors to the Spring-Klein community March 13 near the intersection of Stuebner Airline and Louetta roads.
Meet the team: Will Ni, who helps run the shop with his mom and business owner, Amy Lin, told Community Impact Ying Cha specializes in boba teas but also offers a variety of sweet treats, such as yogurt bowls and froyo bites.
On the menu: The menu features classic milk teas with boba, fresh fruit teas, smoothies and Naipizi yogurt, a thick and creamy dish originating from northern China. Popular options include the matcha latte strawberry, lemon pomegranate tea and Oreo tiramisu, according to the business' website.
One more thing: Ni said all Ying Cha desserts are baked in house, such as Japanese cheesecake and cake roll slices. The shop also sells savory bites including egg rolls, shrimp dumplings, potstickers and more.
