Tomball-area bakery formerly known as Bake Me Happy has rebranded to Cafe Ninda as of March 31, staff confirmed with Community Impact.
The gist: Staff said the bakery recipes and employee team will not change, but the new name allows them to highlight "a more elevated coffee experience" alongside their pastry selection.
From the oven: Cafe Ninda serves a variety of fresh-baked pastries including sweet and savory croissants, cakes, tarts and baguette sandwiches, per the business' menu. Additionally, customers can choose from a variety of drinks including espresso, Turkish coffee, hot chocolate and chai lattes.
About the business: Located off Hwy. 249 near the Grand Parkway, the bakery and cafe has served customers from the Spring, Cypress and Tomball communities since August 2024, according to Community Impact.
