Visit the new Heroes Park near Colleyville City Hall and enjoy live music by Craig Morgan. This year’s event will include the induction of veterans and local heroes into Heroes Park. Food trucks will be available, and the night will end with a fireworks display.

Senior Helpers relocates to Grapevine

A business specializing in providing senior care resources, Senior Helpers of Grapevine Lake, has relocated from Southlake to Grapevine.

What they offer: Senior Helpers provides non-medical in-home care for seniors, according to its website. Its caregivers help with cooking, cleaning, bathing, changing sheets and more.

More details: Jonna Anaya, who co-owns the Grapevine location with her husband Abel, said Senior Helpers has been in business for three years. The business was previously located at 1723 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 140 in Southlake before moving in June.

Raising Cane’s opens DFW Airport location inside Terminal B

Raising Cane’s first ever airport location opened inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in mid-June, according to a news release.

The new location is within Terminal B, Gate B19, and is the only Raising Cane's restaurant located in an airport, per the news release.

What's on the menu: The restaurant’s menu includes chicken finger meals served with crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and Cane’s sauce.

What else: Raising Cane’s will be open 24/7 within the airport starting June 22, a Raising Cane’s representative said.

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center will receive improvements to its coffee shop, kitchen and retail space, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The hotel opened in 2004 and features a 10-acre waterpark, according to its website.

2. Keller office building construction
A new office building in Keller will start construction in early July and complete in April 2027, according to TDLR documents. The $1.35 million building will serve three tenants and cover about 5,500 square feet.
