Urban Egg will soon expand breakfast and lunch offerings in North Austin starting this fall. The restaurant will serve up menu items like omelets, sandwiches and pancakes with a projected opening in October, according to the company’s marketing team.
What they offer: Urban Egg offers breakfast options including pancakes; cinnamon rolls; breakfast burritos and tacos; huevos rancheros; and shrimp and grits, which are only available in Texas, according to the company’s website. The lunch menu is stocked with burgers; avocado toast; salads; and sandwiches like the Monte Cristo, served with ham, turkey bacon, seasoned jam and fontina cheese.
The drink menu: Urban Egg has a selection of cocktails, including a bloody mary; espresso martini; morning margarita; and breakfast old fashioned, which is crafted with bourbon, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, orange bitters and maraschino cherries.
The restaurant also has coffee-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, hot tea and chai. Other beverages include natural juice blends like the Heavenly Dew—a mixture of honeydew, cucumber, pineapple and fresh mint.
