Bojangles sets opening date in Plano

Bojangles, a fast food restaurant headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is set to open a corporate-owned location April 21 in Plano, a company representative said.

What they serve: The eatery’s menu features chicken tenders, fried and grilled chicken sandwiches, Bo’s chicken biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit, southern gravy biscuit and more.

Sal’s now serving hot chicken, fries in Richardson

Sal’s is now open in Richardson, owner Sal Afridi confirmed.

The details: The restaurant is a second location of Sal’s Nashville Hot Chicken in Plano. Afridi said Sal’s is a “homegrown DFW concept,” with menu highlights including loaded fries, patty melts and bone-in fried chicken.
