The eatery’s menu features a variety of Vietnamese cuisine including pho soup, banh mi sandwiches, chow fun—which are flat wide noodle dishes—and more.

Bojangles, a fast food restaurant headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is set to open a corporate-owned location April 21 in Plano, a company representative said.

What they serve: The eatery’s menu features chicken tenders, fried and grilled chicken sandwiches, Bo’s chicken biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit, southern gravy biscuit and more.

• 9617 Coit Road, Plano

Sal’s is now open in Richardson, owner Sal Afridi confirmed.

The details: The restaurant is a second location of Sal’s Nashville Hot Chicken in Plano. Afridi said Sal’s is a “homegrown DFW concept,” with menu highlights including loaded fries, patty melts and bone-in fried chicken.
